Requirements for UCLA MBA admissions

With so many applicants UCLA MBA admissions can afford to be very choosey about who they select, they are looking for top performers both academically as well as when it comes to leadership ability. Academically they require students who have completed a four year degree and have scored high through their GMAT or GRE exam as well as having a high GPA. While they do not specify a minimum score you can look at the averages for previous years admissions to see the levels that they are looking for; GPA of 3.5 and GMAT of 705. These are averages remember so half of those accepted have lower scores than these so don’t despair if your scores are a little lower; just ensure that the written parts of your application are as good as they possibly can be.

The other requirements for UCLA business school admissions are:

  • 2 required 700 word essay following specific prompt
  • 1 maximum 250 word optional essay
