Academically they require students who have completed a four year degree and have scored high through their GMAT or GRE exam as well as having a high GPA. While they do not specify a minimum score you can look at the averages for previous years admissions to see the levels that they are looking for; GPA of 3.5 and GMAT of 705. These are averages remember so half of those accepted have lower scores than these so don’t despair if your scores are a little lower; just ensure that the written parts of your application are as good as they possibly can be.

The other requirements for UCLA business school admissions are:

  • 2 required 700 word essay following specific prompt
  • 1 maximum 250 word optional essay
  • 1 page resume (max 2 pages)
  • 2 letters of recommendation (1 from your current supervisor)
