Dear Sir or Madam,

My first taste of entrepreneurship was when my father opened up his own furniture shop. Through the gains and losses that our family experienced, I learned firsthand what it meant to not only create, but sustain, a viable business. This passion has followed me from childhood, and even now that I am head of my own company, I am still awed by the ability of young businessmen/women to change the world around them. Loyola University’s MBA program has a proven track record of fostering the most passionate of entrepreneurs – and I am exactly that.

My love for creating and managing has allowed me to become the head of my own start-up, Concacta Inc. I started the company with a few classmates while I was pursuing my Bachelors in Business Education at the University of Maryland. I applied for countless small business grants and external funding, securing over $2.5 million in start-up seed. Currently, stock is valued at over $58 a share, and our latest product is estimated to generate a few million dollars USD in revenue. Business is my passion, and a MBA from Loyola will allow me to take my company to new heights.

I am particularly interested in the Entrepreneurship Executive MBA program because I hope to expand my company internationally. Loyola has a strong presence overseas and domestically, defining the “global’ MBA. With my degree, I will be able to pinpoint market gaps in potential markets, develop viable product ideas, and create flexible implementation models. Each market is different, and a globally-tuned MBA from Loyola will teach me how to adapt my models to address strategic issues for each venture.

Getting my MBA is about more than just a four-year education. Loyola University has a strong presence worldwide, and its faculty and connections are invaluable resources to me in my journey to creating a company I can be proud of. I can think of no better place to pursue an Executive MBA program and develop the skills I will use for a lifetime.
